Measure around your thigh where you will wear the band, keeping the tape snug but not tight. Pick the size whose range contains your measurement.
How to wear it
Slide a Dia-Mini Pouch or another Kaio-Dia pouch onto the band and put your pump inside. Pull the band onto your thigh, then route the tubing under your clothes towards the infusion site.
Compatible devices
Most tubed insulin pumps fit.
Materials and care
Elastic band: 77% polyester, 23% elastane.
Hand wash only, 30°C maximum. Do not bleach. Hang to dry. Do not iron. Do not dry in direct sunlight.

Wide enough to stay comfortable for long hours, it works like a short version of our Kaio-Utility Belt. It suits Medtronic MiniMed, Tandem t:slim X2, YpsoPump and DANA-i pumps carried in a pouch.
S/M fits a thigh of 28 to 45 cm, M/L 36 to 65 cm. Midnight Saigon, Midnight Hawaii, Midnight Madrid, Midnight Paris, Midnight Tahiti and Black Knight.

Leg band fits well and stays in place over a long day walking around as long as you tighten it very snuggly. had a few false starts where it was too loose to begin with, but after getting the fit right it worked well, with just the occasional requirement to pull it up slightly under my jeans.
Even after a tight fit for 12 or so hours, it left no marks on my skin. But note, the plastic clip is far more comfortable if you place some thin padding underneath it.
