Insulin Cooling Wallets & Pouches

Insulin cooling wallets: keep your insulin cool without electricity

Kaio-Dia’s Dia-Cool insulin cooling wallets keep your insulin pens and vials, eye drops and any other temperature-sensitive medicine cool by evaporation. No electricity, batteries or ice packs: soak the cooling insert in cold water and the wallet is ready.

Choose your size below, from one pen for everyday use to four pens or eight vials for longer trips.

Kaio-Emergency Pack and Kaio-Insulated Pack

The Kaio-Emergency Pack holds two insulin pens or two EpiPens and comes with a cooling pack. For cold weather, the Kaio-Insulated Pack fits this model only.

Replacement Dia-Cool inserts

Spare cooling inserts for your Dia-Cool wallets, to replace an insert or keep a spare ready.

How the Dia-Cool works

Soak the cooling insert in cold water: it then cools by evaporation for 48 hours or more, depending on the outside temperature. To reactivate it, simply soak it in cold water again. All Dia-Cool sizes work the same way, and a replacement insert, the Dia-Cool Pack, is available.

Choosing the right size

Dia-Cool wallets come in four sizes for pens: 1 pen, 2 pens or 2 vials, 3 pens or 5 vials, and 4 pens or 8 vials. For vials and eye drops only, there are wallets for 1, 3 or 4 vials. Several designs are available, for adults and children.

For cold weather: Kaio-Emergency Pack and Kaio-Insulated Pack

The Kaio-Emergency Pack holds two insulin pens or two EpiPens and already comes with a cooling pack. For cold weather, the Kaio-Insulated Pack fits the Kaio-Emergency Pack only.
