All orders are prepared and dispatched within 72 hours maximum after payment is confirmed, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If, for reasons beyond our control, we cannot meet this deadline, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Products are sent to the delivery address given during checkout.
Delivery is free in Europe for any order of €40 or more.
We ship with La Poste (tracked letter or Colissimo), Mondial Relay for pickup points, and Chronopost or FedEx for express delivery. Once your order has shipped, you receive a tracking number to follow your parcel.
Delivery times are given as an indication only: about 3 working days in mainland France and 4 to 5 working days elsewhere in Europe. Deliveries to the rest of the world take 8 to 15 days or more depending on the destination.
Transit is handled by the carrier. Once your parcel has been handed over, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
Products delivered outside Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes that are not included at checkout on our website and remain payable by the recipient. Kaio-Dia cannot estimate or refund these charges, and cannot be held responsible if delivery is affected by import procedures. Your local customs office can tell you what applies. We handle the export paperwork from France.
