Measure around your thigh where you will wear the band, keeping the tape snug but not tight. Pick the size whose range contains your measurement.
How to wear it
Slip your pump into the built-in pocket and pull the band onto your thigh. Route the tubing under your clothes towards the infusion site.

It does not fit the 780g medtronic pump easily. The pouch is not big enough and you have to force pump in then pump difficult to get out!@

Needed something that I could wear under dresses with my insulin pump,this leg band worked well and was comfortable,it did however start to slip down while walking on bare leg nothing that I couldn't adjust I do have small legs.
I use a ilet bionic pump which fit well when clip is taken off and fits snuggly,I like that there is a Velcro strap that holds pump it without hampering the tubing,and it was easy to take out to put in my meals.
I have tried wearing at bedtime but find a waist pouch works better for a restless sleeper.
My 12 yr old grandson was super excited to recieve his as well as my husband! Soft but seems durable, better then the last ones I ordered! Thank you!

One of the best accessory purchases for my diabetes this year. The sports band allows me to wear dresses, and I'm also using it to go to the beach or pool, as I couldn't afford to wear it with a bikini. A total success, and the materials are wonderful.

Unfortunately, the band doesn't stay in place on its own; it needs some support from either leggings or tight-fitting boxer shorts. Otherwise, everything fits.
Von alleine hält das Band leider nicht es benötigt etwas Unterstützung von entweder einer Leggins oder eng anliegenden Boxershorts. Ansonsten passt alles.
I have always been diabetic, since I was 4 years old, but I have only been using the pump for 5 years and I haven't worn clothes since then; I can finally put them back on!

It holds up really well. Nothing falls off. The only thing I had to do was put some tape on the seam that was rubbing. But because everything rubs on me.
