If you wear a Medtronic Simplera Sync and like to change design from one sensor to the next, the Childhood Memories series gives you ten options, sold one by one. Each patch is a 6.7 x 6.7 cm rounded square and comes with a centre piece shaped like the Simplera Sync, which you can stick on the sensor or not.
Wait until the sensor is in place and the applicator has been removed, and make sure the skin is completely dry. Press around the sensor first, then work outwards to the edges.
