Kids patch for Simplera Sync in Bear, Cat, Dog or Heart shape

Four outlines are available for children who wear a Medtronic Simplera Sync: Bear, Cat, Dog and Heart. Your child picks the shape, and you get one patch per pack, from 7.7 to 8.5 cm wide, together with a decorative centre piece.

Applying it on your Simplera Sync

Make sure the skin is completely dry and the applicator removed, with the sensor in place. Then press the patch around the sensor first and outwards to the edges.
