Planning ahead for your next four sensors? The Spring Series set gives you 4 patches of 7.5 x 7.5 cm, each in a different design, so a new one is ready at every sensor change. The same patch fits the FreeStyle Libre 2, the FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus and the FreeStyle Libre Select. Available as Spring Set I or Spring Set II.
Apply it straight after the sensor, on dry skin. The centre of the sensor stays free, so scanning with your phone or reader works as usual.
Customers describe these spring patches as a little touch of cheer that also stops their FreeStyle Libre 2 from peeling off. They find them easy to apply and mention fun colours and good quality.
Prefer a single patch? Browse our FreeStyle Libre 2 adhesive patches, from the Childhood Memories series to cookie, hexagonal, butterfly and drop shapes. For extra hold during sport, add the Dia-Style armband for FreeStyle Libre 2, 2 Plus and Select.
Your order is dispatched within 24-48 h. Delivery time then depends on your country and on the carrier you choose at checkout.
Free delivery in the EU from 40€. Details on our Shipping policy page.
You have 30 days from receipt to send an item back. It must be new and unused (trying it on is fine) and returned in its original packaging.
