Wrap a tape measure around your arm where the band will sit. Measure your arm only: do not measure over the sensor or the pod, their thickness does not count. Keep it snug but not tight, then pick the size whose range contains your measurement.
Under 22 cm you are in the kids range, from 22 cm up you are in the adult range. If you fall right between the two, take the adult size: the band stretches down more comfortably than it stretches up.
How to wear it
Slide the band up your arm until the sensor or pod sits in the middle of the fabric panel. It should feel snug, not tight: you should still be able to slip a finger under the edge.
Keep it on in the shower and in the pool. The fabric dries quickly and holds the sensor against your skin. It does not seal the sensor, which water-resistant CGM sensors do not need anyway.
There is no adhesive, so nothing to peel off and no glue rash. Wear it at night if your sensor catches on the sheets.

Excellent customer service by the international team. Only issue was unclear Bulgarian post instructions. That the shipment will come via post not courier. Confusion comes as my home address was requested with the order and tracking of the shipment was not user friendly to understand where to pick up the shipment from (only said to pick up from place of pickup)...it took me days to figure out there was only a postal code listed as clue in the tracking so it means from a nearby post office. No note or communication from the Bulgarian post office was delivered to inform on the shipment.
The fabric is excellent, but it's a little short. It could have been 2-3 centimeters longer.
