No. Pens, t:slim X2 and Omnipod have four designs; Medtronic MiniMed has three; Sibionics GS1 and the Medtrum devices have two. The product page shows the designs for your device.

Are the stickers waterproof?

Yes, they are waterproof and come off without leaving marks.

How do I apply a sticker on an insulin pen?

Clean and dry the pen first, then stick it on. The sticker is cut to the shape of your pen model, so pick the product made for your pen.
