About Kaio-Dia

Kaio-Dia was created with a simple mission: to design accessories for people living with type 1 diabetes, making everyday life more comfortable, more practical, and a little easier.

Our mission

By staying close to the diabetes community, we’ve gained a real understanding of day-to-day realities: continuous monitoring, injections or pump therapy, carb counting, planning meals… and sometimes short nights. We design accessories to support these moments without overcomplicating things: useful, discreet, and made to last.

Designed with the community

At Kaio-Dia, nothing is designed “in a bubble.” Before each launch, our prototypes and improvements are tested by people living with type 1 diabetes, across all ages and with very different routines (school, work, sports, nights out, travel, nights, etc.).

Their feedback helps us refine what truly matters: comfort, fit, discretion, quick access to the device, and everyday practicality. The goal is to offer accessories that meet a wide range of needs, without compromising on quality.

Our accessories are compatible with many devices, including glucose sensors such as Freestyle Libre, Dexcom, Medtronic Simplera or Enlite, as well as insulin pumps like Tandem t:slim, Medtronic MiniMed, YpsoPump or Dana, among many others. Each product page lists the exact compatibility.

  • selecting materials with careful attention to origin and durability;
  • designing for longevity (less replacement, less waste);
  • paying close attention to processes and substances used (especially during dyeing), as well as waste treatment;
  • using recycled materials whenever possible.

FAQ

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Orders are prepared and shipped from France (Toulouse area). Dispatch happens within 72 hours max, and most often within 24 hours (business days). Depending on the destination and the selected shipping method, we ship with La Poste, Mondial Relay or FedEx, with a tracking number. If you have a specific need (urgent order, delivery instructions, specific pickup point, etc.), contact us — we’ll do our best.

How do I make a return?

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. How can I check compatibility?
